The sleepout is self contained with a queensize bed and ensuite. fridge, toaster and kettle provided. No cooking facility. The propriety is about 40mins from Dunedin.
we enjoy meeting people from all over the world and have travelled ourselves
Quiet neighbourhood with a short walk to a lovely beach and lagoon walking track Waikouaiti also have a bakery, great coffee shop, pub, take away and secondhand shops, library and museum
