Downstairs, the third bedroom offers another queen bed, making the layout ideal for families or couples travelling together. When it's time to explore, some of Golden Bay's most loved coastal gems are close at hand. Ligar Bay and Tata Beach are both just a short drive away, offering golden sands, clear waters, and excellent swimming opportunities. The local boat ramp is only two minutes away, making this an excellent choice for fishing enthusiasts and boaties. Cafés, restaurants, bars, a convenience store, and the all-year-round golf course are all within walking distance, while the nearby Aroha Health Spa offers the perfect opportunity to indulge in a little relaxation and pampering. Please note that there is both a traditional wood BBQ which must not be used over periods with fire restrictions, as well as a gas BBQ.
