Wake up to panoramic ocean, island, and mountain views along the stunning Abel Tasman coastline. Nestled on 2.5 acres of private native bush, Kokomea is a peaceful sanctuary just a short stroll from Split Apple Rock Beach and minutes from the Abel Tasman Track. Ample parking for boats, campers, and caravans makes Kokomea ideal for a restorative break. The home offers 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 5: a master king suite with ocean views and deck access, and a second bedroom with a queen Ecosa bed. Additional sleeping is available via a single Ecosa sofa bed in the living room (linen on early request). * This home is oriented so as to capture the suns warmth in Winter, and to remain cool in Summer. The main form of heating in Winter is a wood-burner and each bedroom offers a Delonghi cooling tower for extra cooling (typically cooling can be achieved by opening a few windows to cross breeze the home and bedroom windows are fitted with bug-screens so these windows can remain open overnight). * BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
