Your stay will be close to everything when you choose this centrally located place. <br />Recently renovated, warm and modern. Gas hot water, two heat pumps and an hrv unit. Double glazed and very well insulated. Lovely partially fenced section, with off road parking for multiple cars. Wireless internet provided. <br />Walking distance to the ILT Stadium, Southland, transport museum, 24 hour shop and a cafe. Under 5 minutes drive to hustle and bustle of Invercargill.
