Allpress Olive Groves was founded in 2021. We have four stays set in our peaceful olive groves across Waiheke’s coast and countryside. Our homes each have their own distinct character, for a unique island experience.

The epitome of contemporary coastal living, Matiatia Millhouse sits in our olive grove on Waiheke’s northwestern tip. Sink into an ultra-comfortable sofa with a title from the well-stocked bookshelf, or settle in for a long lunch in the gardens. With views across Matiatia Bay to iconic Rangitoto Island, every sunset is an entirely different event. Light, modern and private, this home catches the sun early and holds it all day long. Designed to blend unobtrusively with nature, it rests easily amidst established gardens and its native bush setting. Inside, neutral tones and clean lines accentuate the sense of calm. Oversized windows perfectly frame postcard-worthy views, complemented by works by New Zealand artists Guy Ngan and David Hessel.
