Fully refurbished. A 5 minute drive from Picton village and a 15 minute walk (or 5 minute bike) to the Waikawa Marina and Jolly Rodger bar and cafe. Separate access, spacious apartment and private outdoor patio, all on ground level and 10 metres from street parking.
42 inch TV, Microwave, jug and toaster, iron and ironing board, electric blankets and heatpump. 2 new bikes and helmets which are complimentary.

Your hosts, Tony & Di, are seasoned travellers, both at home and abroad. They know what to expect from accommodation providers and have put a real emphasis on making sure that their own guests are treated to the highest standard.
Relax in the completely refurbished apartment, with the morning sun streaming into your separate living room. Enjoy the birdsong as you relax on the private patio or just sit in the garden amongst native shrubbery.
If you feel energetic, jump on the complimentary bikes and explore the environs of Waikawa Bay or Marina (5 minutes away), tackle one of the many cycle tracks that are close by, or venture into the Picton village (20 minutes) for a spot of shopping or an ice-cream or refreshments at any of the cafes or bars. The choices are plentiful.

Quiet neighbourhood with Waikawa Marina, Waikawa Bay, bush walks virtually on your doorstep. A 5 minute drive to Picton Village with its numerous cafes and bars, souvenir shops, supermarket and departure point for the many water taxi services out to the idyllic Marlborough Sounds. Picton is the South Island link for both Cook Strait ferry companies to and from the North Island
