Molyneux House is found right on the waterfront with spectacular views out across the Ocean just metres away. Relax on the deck and enjoy the scenery. The luxury suite has been designed with your comfort in mind fully self contained with separate entrance for your convenience. The bathroom and kitchen have both been newly renovated to a high standard.

Joan and John have been holidaying and residing at Kaka Point for over 30 years. Joans interests include Gardening and Golf /Lawn Bowls while John enjoys all sports and the outdoors.

Molyneux House is situated at the Northern edge of the Catlins. This spectacular part of New Zealand features abundant wildlife, amazing scenery, coastal and bush all in a natural and unspoilt environment
