Monaco Shores Apartment - Comfortable apartment in the heart of Nelson, offering resort amenities, easy access to Tahunanui Beach, cafes, shops, and nearby attractions like Mapua Wharf and the Abel Tasman Track. Monaco Shores Apartment is a private apartment within the Grand Arden Monaco Resort. Full access to the resorts facilities (pool, fitness room) is provided as part of your booking with us. • Swimming Pool is CLOSED from 13 March 2026 and will remain closed during the Winter months (until the end of September). • Laundry - This apartment does not have in-unit laundry facilities, just next door is a laundromat. • BOND REQUIREMENT: Credit card details and an authority to charge are required before your stay. The cardholder is responsible for leaving the property and its contents as found. By booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge for any loss, damage, or extra cleaning beyond fair wear and tear. The provider may request reconfirmation of your agreement and card details if needed.
