The spa pool is heated and will be available all year. This property is STRICTLY not suitable for any parties, events, gatherings, or loud groups of any kind. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours. Whilst there is privacy from the neighbours, the noise travels. Security cameras are present on the property. There are no cameras inside the house, or pointing to the pool/spa pool or entertaining areas. Located near Acacia Bay, this beautifully furnished rural hideaway is only 8 minutes drive to town centre. There is a swimming pool with mini slide, a spa pool to soak in, and a playground to keep the kids entertained.
