This new warm apartment is our holiday unit and close to lake Aviemore, golf course, fabulous walking tracks and the Alps to Ocean Cycle trail. The apartment is part of a complex of privately owned units and there are plans in place to include communial BBQ area and cycle storage. There is a onside laundry, restaurant and rubbish facilities. Parking is right outside the unit so ideal for families, cyclists, boaties and less mobile people.
We are a family of four who live in Oamaru and love to host guests in our holiday getaway. Otematata has something for everyone, tennis, cycling, golf, boating, fishing, walking or just relaxing. We love walking down by the lake on the Otematata Wetlands Walkway which is just down behind the apartment and has been developed by the local community over many years.
Quiet, safe and fun. Local shop just over the road for all essentials. Two local restaurants.
