I am a chef and Kylie is a contemporary jeweler. We both love to be outdoors in our garden. We regulary go on walks around the bay and love cooking wonderful meals together. I play bass guitar and Kylie loves to take photo's. I have traveled extensively overseas and I really enjoy meeting new people and talking about the world.

Set at the top of a small valley is the yurt. It has it's own private driveway and is that the bottom of my property. It is very peaceful with lots of bird life. There is a small stream and the view from the deck is over Ligar Bay. It is 1 kilometer to the golden sand beach, a 15 minute drive to the town of Takaka and 5 minutes to Pohara which has restaurants and a mini store. Also very close to the entrance of the Abel Tasman Nation Park. There is lots of great day hiking, beaches and natural beauty around.
