Affordable apartment-style living with views over Tasman Bay, Tahuna Beach area, Monaco Peninsula, Rabbit Island & the beautiful Western Ranges! There are two bedrooms: one with a Queen bed, and the other with a Double bed plus a Single bed. The bathroom features a shower with great water pressure, vanity, toilet, and laundry facilities including a washing machine and covered clothesline. The kitchenette includes a sink, single-element induction stove, mini-fridge, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to prepare and serve meals. The lounge offers comfy seating, Smart TV, WiFi, and beautiful views. This apartment occupies the lower level of a two-storey home. The upper level may be separately bookable as Pinnacle Place or may be occupied by the property owner. There is no open internal access between the Lower Apartment & the house above unless the two parts of the property are booked together. Access to the lower apartment is via external steps and the parking for this apartment is on-street only (quiet cul-de-sac in a premium area with no through traffic). **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
