Retro on Queen is a nod to the 1970s with a very modern twist. It is a sun-filled space with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a comfy Queen sized bed, a comfy couch, Free WIFI, a large TV with Chromecast capability to stream all of your favourite Netflix shows. The modern bathroom boasts a large shower and the air conditioning will keep you cool on a warm Summer's day or warm on a winter evening. There is private entry with a key safe that is accessible 24/7. The location is in a nice neighbourhood opposite a sports ground and a water inlet with a walkway to enjoy a stroll along the water's edge. Shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are in close proximity. There is a local theatre, public pool facilities and the train station is just a 10min walk away. Catch a 50min train to the city for a fun day out. As a note, the property is opposite sports fields, so tournaments do take place mainly Saturdays, this is for great viewing, but be aware that noise levels may be higher during these times and street parking can be at a premium, but without a doubt, there will always be a place for you to park on our property.

We are Cory & Kim, we have lived in Papakura for over 10 years and we love this place. Everything we need is in close proximity but if we want to head to the city or to local beaches, its almost all with a 25-30 minute drive. We have 2 young sons that you may see riding their bikes up the street or kicking ball on the sports fields. We also have a young dog, she's full of life but very friendly, if dogs aren't your thing, that's no problem, she is well fenced in the back of the main property. The holiday property is very private, so you should not see or hear the mayhem that goes on in a busy house with children and animals. We are mostly always available but will leave you to your privacy unless you wish to meet us
