The 4th queen bedroom provides a quiet and cosy place to retreat downstairs away from the main living spaces. The twin room offers a single bed and trundler with stunning views of the Grampians and accompanying ranges. With 2 full bathrooms and an ensuite with 1800mm bath and mountain views in the master bedroom guests will love the privacy and convenience. Ample living space upstairs and a smaller breakout space downstairs for the kids or guests who need a break from the wider group, there is space for everyone to enjoy. A large, sloping and fenced backyard gives kids and dogs plenty to explore outside. Use it as a base to explore local walking tracks, The Great Taste Trail, mountain biking tracks then rest your joints in the 1800mm bath overlooking the Grampians in the master bedroom ensuite. Alternatively, wander the Nelson Saturday Morning Market for local crafts and food, or enjoy the excellent evening dining scene. Follow the sun between three generous decks or retreat inside and snuggle up in front of Netflix in one of the shared living spaces. Two bathrooms offer generous water pressure, the downstairs shower boasts adjustable settings on the shower head. With board games and toys available there is plenty of space in the bedrooms and living rooms to sprawl out and share some family time. For the pre-schoolers, pack your scooters and small bikes because the back deck offers a generous space for outdoor play. There is a safety gate on the internal stairs and the external gates are likewise tricky for little wanderers to navigate.
