Experience the serenity of coastal living.
Two fabulous local walks just outside your door.
The Saltwater baths and beach are a mere 5-minute walk and have year-round swimming.
Perhaps a more leisurely approach sampling some of the local eateries and a choice of weekly markets. Mapua Wharf and Nelson are within an easy drive or the Abel Tasman National Park is a short 20-minute drive away with many walks to choose from.

On this earth to have worked in a number of professions and jobs. Travelled overseas, lived and worked on 3 continents, on the road in a van here in New Zealand searching for this place to call home.

Cross the road and you’ll be able to enter the estuary walk, a 4km round trip or jump off at one of the many exits and return via the coastal walk.
A beautifully located coffee shop 3 minutes walk.
10 minutes walk along the water to the famous Toad Hall coffeehouse, restaurant and boutique brewery.
Work off the lunch with a swim in the baths just around the corner.
