This waterfront beach house overlooks the popular Sandy Bay, renowned as one of the best surf beaches in Northland. This family beach house consists of upstairs/downstairs, a large flat section, and endless sea views. Sit back, relax and listen to the surf directly in front of the property. The second story deck provides stunning views of Sandy Bay and the famous Poor Knights Islands, making it a great spot for sunbathing and watching the surfers. Upstairs you will find comfortable living space, two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and lounge with decks front and back to ensure you capture all day sun. Downstairs consists of basic bach style accommodation, with queen bed in front room, bunk bedroom, bathroom, and laundry facilities. There is a camera at the front of the property outside the kitchen window which is a surf cam (This is not a surveillance camera). At no time does the camera ever point at the residence.
