Guest access is by private entrance with a keycode to pin-pad. Seascape Hideaway is a studio to the side of our house. It consists of an open-plan bedroom/seating/cooking area with a separate bathroom. The main cooking is at the outside BBQ but in inclement weather there is an air fryer and microwave in the kitchenette. We live here too, this is our home so you will see us and hear us. We will respect your privacy and want you to feel relaxed and comfortable and enjoy your time here.

Your accommodation is managed by Anne one of the property owners. We live here so you will see us around. Your space is in it's own part of the property attached to the main house but downstairs. Hopefully I've set it up with everything you need to have a comfortable stay but if there is anything else you need that I am able to help with please let me know. If you are driving from Nelson please note that it is at least 1.5 to 2 hours drive! I always allow 2 hours for airport travel just to be safe.

Tucked away in Sandridge Terrace this accommodation is well suited for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Pohara is the heart of the beach area in Golden Bay, with close proximity to the Abel Tasman National Park, cafes, restaurants, bars, beaches and more. There is a local tennis court and bowling club within walking distance. Further on there is a yacht club, Ligar Bay beach, Tata beach, Wainui beach, Totaranui and the Abel Tasman National Park. Local restaurants are: Molly B's - a locals hangout with great value-for-money meals and happy, friendly staff all year round. Pohara General Store - serving take-aways in summer and great ice creams! Ratanui Lodge - indulge yourself with a wonderful cocktail and a delicious platter Nikau Cafe & Bar - Restaurant and bar, open early. Takaka township with all it's quirky cafes and businesses is 11 kms away. Collingwood is a 25 minute drive.
