I have been looking after our family Holiday Home for the past 10 years. We have owned a family home here for 65 years . My career background is in Property Management, having worked locally in this industry for the past 14 years . I have now taken the step to manage Holiday homes in the Kaiteriteri area, an area that I am passionate about having spent our family summers here for the past 60+ years . The home sleeps 7 people comfortably and there is a trundle bed that can be used to sleep 8 if needed. From the house, you simply walk down the stairs and across the road to access Stephens Bay. There are 2 other beaches a short walk away. Launch your boat, swim, fish, kayak. The track to the north east leads to Dummy Bay, or continue walking to Kaiteriteri. Located just a 15-minute scenic walk to the main Kaiteriteri Beach, or only a 5-minute drive away, you’ll enjoy easy access to Kaiteriteri golden sands, swimming, kayaking, cafes, and the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park.
