I have been looking after our family Holiday Home for the past 6 years. We have owned a family home here for 65 years . My career background is in Property Management, having worked locally in this industry for the past 14 years . I have now taken the step to manage Holiday homes in the Kaiteriteri area, an area that I am passionate about having spent our family summers here for the past 60 years . I look forward to being your host .
Property info
Stephens bay offers 2 beaches within an easy walk. Launch your boat, swim, fish, kayak. The track to the north east leads to Dummy Bay, or continue walking to Kaiteri. Cooks Crescent is directly behind Stephens Bay beach which is only 1.5 ks before entering Kaiteriteri. The home is just above a walking track which takes you to both Kaiteriteri beaches. Driveway has room for a boat
Easy drive to Motueka (15mins) for banking, groceries, restaurants etc. Great base for exploring the Abel Tasman National Park, or scenic Motueka, Mapua and Moutere Valleys.
On the upper level access to a deck overlooking Stephens Bay, Master bedroom California king bed, ensuite. The open plan dining/living area has a woodburner and heat pump/air con. Modern kitchen, living area flows out to private garden /BBq area +outdoor fire, pizza oven. Downstairs 2 Queen bedrooms, one room contains Queen bed , third room Queen and single bed, laundry also is on this level.
Please be aware there is a step internal stair case which is not gated for young children . This home is a entertainers paradise, a small south facing deck to enjoy the evening sun. At rear outdoor heating and eating
