This is a studio apartment located below our house. It has its own outdoor courtyard and separate entrance and you will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the time of your stay. The apartment is located in the suburb of Waipahihi, and is only a short stroll to the Waipahihi Botanical gardens, a 10 minute walk to the lake edge and a similar distance to the popular Debretts Hot Pools. It is only a 5 minute drive to town. There is also a playground only 100 mtrs from our driveway.The apartment has a King bed in the main sleeping area, but also has two full size sofa beds (Queen and small double) in the lounge with an additional small sofa bed suitable for a small child. There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, jug, toaster and electric fry pan. The lounge boasts not only a TV but a large projector (screen size 2.9m wide & 1.65m high) with access to Netflix, Utube etc to keep everyone entertained even when its raining outside. Free Wifii is also provided
