Take a break and unwind at this private and quiet space. Perfect for couples or single travellers. The studio space is one room with a Queen size bed, full kitchen, washing machine, TV and separate bathroom. Views of Mt Tauhara and peeps of the lake from the windows. The Smart TV, DVDs and WiFi will keep you entertained, air conditioning will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a private courtyard with outdoor furniture for your morning coffee. ***To access the studio stairs must be used**** ** Please note the shower has very HIGH PRESSURE, be careful when turning this on ** Muesli and cornflakes are available for breakfast. Linen is provided by our professional linen supplier. Please book for the correct number of guests.
Hi I’m Steph originally from the UK but now call NZ home. I am married to Will and we have two children. We have lived in Taupō for 8 years, we love our town and all it has to offer. I am managing this property on behalf of my parents. While they live on site the studio has its own private entrance and is totally separate to the main house. I am available during your stay for any reasonable requests during business hours.
The studio is located in family friendly Richmond Heights. There is a well stocked dairy, fish n chip shop and liquor store within easy walking distance. The Botanical Gardens are just located just up the road. The lake is a 10 minute walk away, as well as the Two Mile Bay Sailing Centre where you can enjoy live music, beers and wood fired pizzas. We are also close to the newly opened Countdown supermarket so no need to make the trip into town. The studio is also on the bus route which will take you into Taupo Town Centre.
