This home is a 5-10 minute walk into the village where delicious eateries await. If you feel like staying in, pick up some local wine to try and have a bbq utilising the outdoor area. If the usual Hawke’s Bay sunshine is not keeping you warm enough, light an indoor fire to keep toasty. With a full kitchen, there is the option to stay longer and settle in to the laid back village lifestyle.
We live in the beautiful Hawke’s Bay and feel very grateful to be so close by to stunning rivers, beaches, and reserves. We enjoy everything outdoor and love spending time with our family and friends here. Delicious food is also a must for us and havelock north has exceptional options! This home is actually where we live most of the year, but we get to have a rural vacation with family each time we share it with others. We love to travel ourselves and know accommodation is such an important factor in making the most of time away. We look forward to hosting you and want to ensure your stay is the best it can be.
The house is very central, it's a short drive to the stunning Te Mata peak, 15 minutes to nearest beach, and there are lots of lovely reserves nearby such as Tainui, Tauroa and Kingsgate for a wander. As we are on a central road into havelock, expect some road noise mostly during the day.
