Welcome to Sycamore Villa. It doesn't matter if you are visiting Dunedin for work or holiday, one night or long term, it is a pleasure to host you in this wonderful city. I have travelled all over the world and know what guests need to make them feel at home. Sycamore Villa is your home away from home and has all the facilities you need for a great stay. The Villa is surrounded by a Sycamore tree garden and is very private. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, 2 spacious bedrooms and a separate bathroom and laundry (with washing machine and dryer) and there is also an outdoors clothes line for those who to dry laundry outside on fine days. And thanks to Dunedin's famous hills there are 18 steps down to the villa so be prepared!
Hi we are Ken and Suzanne and we have a passion for travel. Suzanne speaks fluent German and Italian and pretty good French, Spanish and Maori, Ken speaks fairly good English (LOL). We have travelled all over the world and bring our experience to Sycamore Villa. We understand what guests need to really enjoy their stay in a foreign country and pride ourselves on providing a spotlessly clean, private and worry free stay.
Sycamore Villa is a short 5 minute stroll downhill to the Dunedin CBD however it is an uphill walk (thanks to our famous hills) to get home again! The Villa provides a great base to all of Dunedin's major tourist attractions. It is a 10 minute walk to the Mornington shopping centre which has a large supermarket, gas station and cafes and restaurants. There is free on street parking outside the villa.
