Welcome to our charming home nestled in the heart of Tahunanui Beach, a true recreational paradise. Situated in this idyllic location, our cosy retreat offers the perfect base for indulging in the multitude of activities and attractions that this area has to offer. **NOTES: • Pets - By special written permission only, pets may be allowed - please contact us with details of your pet so this can be discussed. Special terms and a NZD50 pet fee will apply. • Stairs - This is a two-storey home with stairs between first and second storeys. • Bedroom 4 is a converted internal garage. It is fully lined and carpeted with bunk beds. • Noise in the area - As we are a convenient 5-minute drive from Nelson Airport, you may hear the occasional hum of aircraft during the day. While commercial flights typically end by 10:00 PM and don’t resume until the morning, we mention this for full transparency for our light-sleeping guests. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
