The Oceanview Apartments complex boasts resort-like facilities with THREE!! Swimming Pools, Spa Pool, Fitness Room, communal garden, BBQ area & dedicated parking with charging station for electric cars & bikes. **Please note one carpark is provided within the secure garaging of the complex. Day visitors are permitted with visitor carparking or on-street parking to be used. No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. In addition to our House Rules, Body Corporate and Common Area Rules apply. The main swimming pool is closed between Easter (end of school holidays) and Labour weekend. The Spa pool will still be available all through Winter. **One of our team will travel to meet you to provide access. Check in is available between 3pm and 8pm. Later check-in may be possible if needed however an after hours charge will apply. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
