But that's not all - you get a fabulous view at night of the lights of Tahunanui, Stoke & the Waimea Plains! **NOTES: - This home has stairs - The garage area is not available for guest use. - Off-street parking & On-street parking are both available. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.

This area is just a few minutes drive to Nelson's main swimming beach - Tahunanui, the expansive recreational areas & attractions here, and only a little further to the Nelson waterfront or Nelson City Centre. It's also possible to walk down the local walking tracks to arrive fairly quickly at Tahunanui Village with it's cafes, other eateries, craft bars, the beach & the recreational areas here. You may wish to Taxi back :-) It's just 10min. drive from the Airport to this holiday home.
