Tasman Vista sits on a sunny north-facing hillside with expansive grounds, offering sea views, peace, and privacy. BEDROOMS: 1 (Master): King bed + King sofa bed (can be split into two single sofa beds), 2) Queen, 3) Queen, 4) King Single + Single sofa bed. NOTE: *Sofa beds will only be made up by special advance request. *Access is via a steep but safe private lane. The ramp to the parking deck isn’t suitable for low-clearance vehicles, and some may need to angle when crossing. BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
