The Black Shed Studio is a fully self contained split level apartment with private courtyard and off street parking. Located only 5 min to the vibrant Fitzroy Village and beach, and easy walk to Waiwhakaiho netball courts and The Valley shopping centre. An easy 5 min drive to the centre of town and 10 min from New Plymouth airport
Glen Avon is a quiet, family friendly residential neighbourhood just aside from the main route into New Plymouth from the North.
