The Boathouse is an apartment attached to our family home. It features a small kitchenette equipped with a kettle, toaster, and microwave, but it does not have full cooking facilities. We have two children, aged 8 and 11, and one dog. Family noise can occasionally be heard. The Boathouse has its own private entrance but shares the garden with our family, including our miniature schnauzer, Luna.
It is located at Marsden Cove Marina, a quiet area with limited amenities. The nearest café, restaurant, and Four Square store are all within a 700-meter walk, and the public boat ramp is just 750 meters away. Marsden Bay, the closest beach, is 200 meters from the property. Ruakākā shops are 8 km away, Waipu is 18 km, and Whangārei is 35 km.
We are a family of 5. Colette is passionate about beauty therapy, surfing and her family. Andy loves golf, fishing and anything on the water. Darcy and Stella are 11 and 8 years old and love swimming and animals. Our dog Luna is a 4 year old miniature schnauzer who is friends with everyone in the neighbourhood.
Our house is situated in a quiet one entrance street on the marina at Marsden Cove. Marsden Bay beach is 100m walk away and the cafe and shops at the Marina centre a 700m walk. The pristine beach of Bream Bay is accessible from several locations the nearest being Mair Road which is about 3km away.
