You can relax with family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. A modern house over looking farmland and lake Maraetai. Recently renovated with a new kitchen, bathroom, double joinery, large deck, spacious lawn with a trampoline, 6 person spa pool, outdoor heater, bbq and patio fire. Heating and air con inside with two heat pumps. Short walk to the local shops, playgrounds, mountain bike tracks and lake. Plenty of driveway parking for cars and a boat. Situated in a Quiet cul de sac
