Our place has many points to view the ocean from. If you are awake in early hours of the morning you just might hear the resident kiwi. We offer kayaks and paddle boards, or you may simply want to relax pool side. Our house bar is open for those pre dinner drinks ...and also for that 10 am morning coffee and brownie.

We enjoy walking and hiking around our beautiful and abundant country with at least one trip a year exploring the South Island . Wherever poss Foofie and Poochie come along for the adventure.

Our neighborhood is the fabulous coast line of Tutukaka. Not only can you walk to a safe swimming beach from our place, you are within minutes drive of some of the world's best...Matapouri Beach, Whale Bay, Sandy Bay. If you get bored with sunning and relaxing on the beach we have plenty of walks again within only minutes of our place. And ofcourse you can always charter a trip out to The Poor Knight Islands.
