The Red Shed
Its quiet and peaceful here. I live upstairs and you will be staying in the downstairs studio. It's a little quirky but comfortable. Private garden and only 3 minutes from the sea.
I enjoy meeting people.i have good local knowledge and a keen interest in the native flora and fauna. I'm a keen gardener also.
About 70 residents live here in Anakiwa year round but in the summer it's a bustling community with walkers from the Queen Charlotte track and boaties going out in Queen Charlotte Sound to catch fish.The closest shops are 20 minutes away in Havelock or 30 minutes to Picton. Kayaks and mountain bikes available for hire 5 minutes away. Local tavern10 minutes away has nice evening meals otherwise Havelock has several restaurants.
