Our inner city one bedroom apartment in a recently restored heritage building is in easy walking distance of all the city attractions, cafes, restaurants and shops and offers harbour views. Contemporary and private with fully equipped kitchen and cosy bedroom with comfy bed and black out blinds. Easy parking options. Lift access to all levels. Continental breakfast provided on first morning (subject to availability). Balconies off both the bedroom and living area. Portacot and high chair available on request.
We are Steve and Antonia and we love living in Dunedin! Steve, a structural engineer, has restored The Terminus from a dilapidated hotel built in the 1800s into contemporary apartments. Antonia has hosted in European ski chalets and works part time at the Dunedin Public Art Gallery. We look forward to meeting you and introducing you to The Terminus and Dunedin.
We are in the heart of the vibrant redeveloping Heritage Precinct of Dunedin. Restaurants, cafes and shops all in close walking distance. Chinese Gardens and Toitu Otago Settlers Museum just across the road. The Octagon (heart of the city) is 5 minutes walk away. English pub on the next corner. Many other attractions in short walking distance. Conveniently situated in easy walking distance to most inner city attractions, eateries and supermarkets. Bus stops and train station nearby. Parking on the street outside the building - all day at ten dollars per day (9am-6pm) and free overnight, Sundays and public holidays. Other parking options available if required.
