I was the Procurement Manager at Rotorua Lakes Council but resigned in July 2022 to focus on running my property as a short term accommodation business and to have more free time to do the things I enjoy. My partner, Lora, lives in Albuqueque, New Mexico and we visit each other regularly. We love travelling, particularly getting away for weekends and longer in my camper van and cruising. We also enjoy mountain biking and good food. I enjoy music, movies and English football. Kawaha Point is an oasis of lovely private properties and lodges on the shore of Lake Rotorua. It is only 3 km to the central city and 1500 m to Skyline Skyrides and the luge. All Rotorua attractions are within easy access and Hobbiton is only 40 minutes away. My property is private and secluded, is below the road and well away from traffic noise. It is very handy to the arterial traffic routes in and out of the city, to the airport (13kms away), to the beaches of the East Coast, and to the many beautiful lakes of the Rotorua District.
