The generously sized bedrooms provide ample storage for your luggage, ensuring a comfortable and organised stay. Conveniently situated near the coastal walkway and beaches, whilst still remaining in close proximity to the CBD, restaurants, and cafes. The quiet and safe neighborhood is an additional plus, ensuring a peaceful and secure living environment. This combination of features makes the townhouse an attractive option for those looking for a well-equipped and centrally located place to stay. If you have any specific questions or need more information about the townhouse or the surrounding area, feel free to ask!
We are a working couple, Ivan is from London and Sherryl is local, although lived for 15 years in Melbourne. Empty nesters Sherryl is also an artist that enjoys interior design, travelling, wine and producing the occasional artwork, Ivan comes along for the ride. The property is cross lease and we live at the back, no walls are adjoining and we respect your privacy.
Located down a no exit street the neighourhood is quite and considered safe, the vicarage across the road houses the local pottery club and is open to the public on weekends from 1pm-4pm.
