Hi, Bevan and I sometimes live on the property in house above, your studio apartment is all yours and completely separate/ private. You can message me during your stay anytime. Please note drive way to property is very steep, I will send you pictures with entry details to help navigate. But is very achievable. Parking is right next door to your entrance to studio, 1 car park

Stay in a tree house, nestled among the native trees and birds, with your own private deck, views looking over the taieri mouth river and ocean and straight to Moturata Island which is a distinctive landmark which can be walked to at low-tide. the Studio is heated by heat pump, double glazing, very cosy warm space. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix available

Bring your fishing rod and swimming togs taieri mouth has the best beaches, Great wee community with serval outdoor activities you can do, only 45 min drive into Dunedin City
