One of two sunny Rooms on 1st floor with own ensuite. There is shared Stair access from house main front door. Your Room has balcony and views of surrounding farm land, harbour, CBD with a small Coffee\Tea making facility. null. Owners occupy the remaining 1st and 2nd floors. They are on site and easily contacted. Situated at Macandrew Bay on the Otago Peninsula, a 15 minute drive from centre of Town. Positioned in private bush setting with an abundance of Tui, Fantail and Kereru Pigeons, bordering the Wharfdale Reserve. With great views of Harbour and CBD. Larnach Castle and two Dunedin renowned Restaurant\Cafes a few minutes away with more at Portobello a short distance away on the way to the very popular Seal, Penguin and Albatross Colonies at Taiaroa Heads at the end of Peninsula. There is a bus stop at the end of the street, but a car would be more beneficial.
