Conveniently located motel in central Rotorua, this property puts you close to attractions and interesting dining options. A 20-minute walk to Rotorua's Government Gardens, 25-minute walk to Rotorua’s lake front and Eat Street and 2 minute drive to the nearest supermarket. •Our modern designs and furnishings are comfortable and will delight our guests. •The luxury accommodations options are top-notch and consist of newly refurbished studios and 1 & 2 bedroom units each with individual air-conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi •We are a Kiwi owned and operated property that provides a personal, friendly service and exceptional housekeeping standards. All units are nonsmoking.
