From the end of October, through to the beginning of April, the heated swimming pool is available to use. Outside of these months, the pool remains closed. As the name suggests, this beautiful modern apartment offers ‘Two Views’. When you walk into the living/kitchen area and master bedroom, you’re treated to the most stunning views of the Waikato River which is only metres away. On a clear day, sit on the balcony and take in the breath-taking views of the mountains in the distance. The Watermark Apartments are in a prime location - walking distance to town, restaurants, café’s, supermarket, the lake, and all of our popular events such as Summer Concert and Ironman to name a few. Boasting 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including ensuite), this apartment can sleep up to 6 guests when using the sofa-bed. Bedding configuration is 1x Super King, 2x King-Single beds (these can be put together to make a super king), and 1x Double Sofa bed. If you require bedding for the sofa-bed or if you would like the 2x King-Single beds put together, you will need to let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. The apartment has an internal garage where you can park a vehicle and store bikes or sports gear. Wifi included. We provide bedding and towels. Exit clean included in nightly rate. Strictly no parties/events or loud groups.
