Comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five well-appointed bedrooms, plus 2.5 bathrooms. Parking for two cars and a boat, this property is ideal for those bringing water toys or planning lake excursions. Health & Safety considerations : The rear garden is not fenced. Property has direct access to the body of water ( the Lake). The bannister on the stairs is low. Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won't disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property. Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave. Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund. Please do not ask if extra guests/children can stay on blow up mattresses the answer will always be 'no', for health and safety reasons. No tents. Smoking outside only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
