Designed to perfectly capture outstanding panoramic lake and mountain views from the living, kitchen, dining, master bedroom, and large wrap-around deck - this substantial home is in a prime location close to town centre and the lake. Spend the afternoon soaking in the spa-pool, or fire up the BBQ and take in the truly impressive vista from the main deck. Immaculately presented, with plenty of space for up to 11 guests, this property boasts 4 generous sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Wake up to glorious views from the master bedroom, which has it's own ensuite, and it's own balcony. There is plenty of parking in the internal double garage, plus additional parking space for the boat. The back yard is fully-fenced offers space for the kids to play. Bedding configuration is: Master bedroom: 1x King. Second bedroom: 1x Queen. Third bedroom: 1x Queen + 1x Bunk with Single over Queen. Fourth bedroom: 2x Single beds (one of these is a trundler bed, but it is good quality. These can be put together to make a large bed. If you would like these made together as a large bed, you must let us know a least 7 days prior to arrival). The fourth bedroom has a kitchenette with min-fridge, and coffee/tea making facilities. It is a fantastic set-up for a family with a couple of children. Strictly no parties, events or loud groups. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours who are very close. Spa-pool not to be used after 9pm out of respect for the neighbours. There are security cameras at the entrance and exits of the property. Only the number of guests on your booking are allowed at the property for the duration of your stay. No pets. No smoking.
