Four spacious bedrooms each feature a private ensuite, complemented by generous indoor and outdoor living areas, outdoor stone baths, and extensive off-street parking. Ideally located just minutes from Kinloch Village, Kinloch Club and a short drive from Taupō, it's the perfect base for championship golf, world-class trout fishing, mountain biking and exploring New Zealand's Central North Island. Guests travelling by helicopter may arrange landing at the property with prior approval. Following confirmation of the reservation, the Lead Guest must complete our mandatory pre-arrival requirements before check-in instructions are provided. These include reviewing and agreeing to our Rental Agreement and House Rules, and completing photo ID verification within 72 hours of the reservation being confirmed, or prior to arrival (whichever occurs earlier). Parties, events, unauthorised gatherings, smoking, vaping, fireworks and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited. Exterior security cameras monitor the entrance, driveway and parking areas only. There are no security cameras inside the lodge or overlooking the outdoor stone baths. Indoor monitoring devices detect excessive noise levels consistent with parties or events and detect smoking or vaping inside the lodge. These devices do not record conversations or audio.
