Welcome to our homestay featuring 3 good sized, private bedrooms, all nestled in the guest area downstairs. Guests will share access to the shower, toilet, kitchen, washing machine, and dining room. It is equipped with everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. Free WiFi onsite
We are located in Shiel Hill, Waverley which is 10 minutes drive to Central Dunedin. 10 mins drive to Larnach Castle which is New Zealand's only Castle. Less than 10 mins drive to beautiful beaches around Dunedin such as St Clair, Tomahawk & Tunnel Beach. 30 mins drive to explore the stunning Otago Peninsula, home to diverse wildlife including albatross colonies, penguins & fur seals
