I’m originally from France, where I met my kiwi husband. We decided to settle in Gisborne so he could be close to his family — and, of course, to enjoy some of the best surf in New Zealand. We’ve lived in this house since 2006 and raised our children here. Over the years, we’ve worked hard to transform what was once just a paddock into a beautiful garden that I’m very proud of. We’re passionate travellers, and once our children left home, we realised the house was too big just for the two of us. So, we decided to split it and start welcoming guests — and for the past five years, it’s been a wonderful experience.
