Our guesthouse (50 m2 of living space) is generously furnished with bedroom (Queensize-bed), living room (sofa sleeps 2) with open kitchen, modern bathroom und spacious deck (30 m2). AC and fans. TV screen with a wide selection of movies. Private parking in front of the house. Beautiful sea view and spectacular sun sets. Our jungle retreat is a tastefully furnished studio (25 m2) with Queensize-bed, kitchenette, modern bathroom and private deck (6 m2), AC and fan. Private shady parking close to the house. The cabaña is built in a hill and offers sea view with spectacular sunsets. Enjoy the comfort of having your little house or studio all to yourself. We live on the same property and are happy to be available for you whenever needed. Be our guest to enjoy a dip in our refreshing swimming pool.
My husband Guido and I love to travel and appreciate individual accommodation, comfortable, but away from big hotels. A home away from home that's what we would like to offer to our guests. We made one of our dreams come true by moving to Panama and building our own little paradise that we will love to share with you.
El nido del tucan is located in the middle of nature, surrounded by lush rain forest which is home to different species of wildlife like monkeys, coatis, birds etc. From all our accommodations you enjoy beautiful sea view. 3 gorgeous beaches are within easy walking distance one of which is Playa Morrillo, the highlight for every passionate surfer. Apart from enjoying the gorgeous beaches, there is so much adventure in the area like a visit to the Cerro Hoyas National Park or a hike to our many waterfalls. Take an authentic Panamanian cooking class or visit the home of a traditional Panamanian family and experience why they are so happy. Take a boat tour and go whale watching, explore the islands or go snorkelling. Learn how to surf, explore the wonder of our nature on a stand up paddle board or on horseback. To relax after all the action get pampered with a relaxing massage in a fairytale location. At el nido del tucán you enjoy pure nature: gorgeous beaches, exciting wildlife, unforgettable sunsets and a starry sky. Depending on the season there are several good restaurants in the neighbourhood, in the next village Torio or in Mariato.
