This home is in a Peaceful, Quiete bay that is 7 minutes in boat from town The home is BRAND NEW, over unblemished waters that is home to 5-foot Mantarays, plentiful Star Fish, Octopi, Dolphins, Squid and more. This home is perfect for Work from home, boat tour access, water adventures on the Stand Up Paddleboards, and getting downtown. The home is accesible only by boat; no access to land. This gives it an isolated and distant sentiment where only Peace and Relaxation will be found. Boat taxis are 5 dollars per person (ages 10 and under are free) directly to the heart of town. You may also take boat tours directly from the home! The view faces North, allowing you to see the Sun Rise AND Sunset every day! And it sure is spectacular from your front porch :)
We live next door to the property; always willing to give a helping hand (or a missing spice or ingredient for the kitchen, if need be). We have three children; 7, 10 and 1. We LOVE water sports and leisure and meeting people from all around the world.
The home is in a gorgeous bay, on a strip with few homes nearby. The view of the ocean in front offers sights of dolphins, mantarays, plentiful starfish, and when the Moon is just right, bioluminescent sea creatures! A paddleboard ride away on the SUP, there is a small beach at the end of the airport strip. Lovely snorkeling will be found and a quaint, small (and nearly private) swimming area. Sunsets are immaculate here.
