Welcome paradise seekers! The Sunsetter BnB is a tropical home built over the water in the North end of Saigon Bay, which is located on the main island of Isla Colon in Bocas del Toro. Wander through the mangroves along the boardwalk to our home and the tranquil beauty of the Caribbean Sea. Relax and unwind in your Caribbean home.
Please note that the entrance to our home is via a boardwalk and small bridge. Not recommended for anyone with disabilities. We live in a local Panamanian neighborhood. We are a 5 minute taxi ride to town or a 30 minute walk.
We are Mike and Sally and we decided to leave our 9-5 jobs behind and start following our dream to open a bed and breakfast in a tropical paradise. After a long search for our new home we moved to Bocas del Toro, Panama from Vancouver, Canada. We are not resort people and have always loved to stay at bed & breakfasts or boutique hotels. We love to stay amongst the locals and emerge ourselves in the local culture. If you are this type of traveler, then come join us, and let us show you our paradise!
We are located on the North end of Saigon Bay, which is a very authentic “local” neighborhood and a little off the beaten path. If you are looking for glitz and glamour, then this is not for you, but if you are wanting to see how locals live and enjoy the island like we do, then we invite you to come stay with us!
