The neighbourhood is called 'Rinconada', and it is the most sought after in Pisac: it is far enough from town to avoid the business and noise there, yet close enough that you can walk back and forth in about 20 minutes (or take a 5 min moto-taxi ride). It is very secure, nothing ever happens there! (I would know, as I lived in Pisac for 6 years). You're only a 30-minute walk away from the iconic Pisac ruins, definitely a must-see during your visit here. The place is very close to several spiritual centers that offer Temazcal, Huachuma, Ayahuasca, and Cacao ceremonies, as well as yoga classes. There is also a gym nearby, as well as coffeeshops and small stores that sell basic food items. You are also close to a beautiful river along which you can walk and go to meditate, or even for a swim! (though the water is quite cold!).
