El alojamiento es amplio, cómodo, limpio y seguro: La cocina implementada tiene lo necesario para hacer que el cliente se sienta en casa, a 50 metros del alojamiento existe un mercado de abastos donde el cliente puede encontrar todo lo necesario para realizar sus compras. Los dormitorios cuentan con camas cómodas que harán que el descanso del hospedado sea gratificante.

El barrio de la Urbanización Lucrepata, es uno de los mas antiguos en Cusco y esta considerado como uno de los mas seguros y tranquilos, apropiado para los que buscan una zona sin ruidos; muy cerca al barrio esta el Mercado de San Blas, así mismo se cuenta con diversidad de markets, agentes bancarios, farmacias y transporte durante las 24 horas del dia.
