Pare Lodge is located directly across from the imposing Pirae Town Hall, close to shops (Hyper U by car) and restaurants (Mona Pizza, Te Hoa), the hospital, and pharmacy. Returning along Route du Taaone, about 1 km away, is the access to Taaone Beach. Very close by is the road that leads to the Belvédère and the start of Aora'i, Tahiti's second-highest peak.
